Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
House consider the Senate message (page 1349) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
             CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 6(HES)                                                                     
   Relating to civics education and a citizens' advisory task force.

Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                
amendment to CSHCR 6(HES), thus adopting SCS CSHCR 6(SED),                                                                      
and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                                                      
amendment to CSHCR 6(HES)?"  The roll was taken with the
